For
many, the term "Data Conversion" is vague and mentally
filed as something that techy people do.

At Trio, we have a much
simpler definition. Data conversion is taking
files of information in one digital format and
creating new files in a different format. There
are two reasons why people choose to convert
data, rather than re-creating the data: (1) The
amount of source data is very large, so it would
be very expensive and time consuming to re-create
the data and (2) The nature of the source data
involves a lot of very detailed information for
which it would be easy to introduce typographical
errors during the conversion and time-consuming
to proof the resulting converted file.

Having said that, Trio has
